Terms & Conditions

Annual School License — $600
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing or using the WonderHere Press Digital Curriculum. By completing your purchase, you (the “Licensee”) agree to be bound by the terms below on behalf of your school, microschool, or educational organization. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use the curriculum.

1. Definitions
“Licensor” means WonderHere Press, and its founders, staff, and contractors.
“Licensee” means the school, microschool, or educational organization that has purchased the Annual School License.
“Site” means the single physical or operating location at which the Licensee provides instruction.
“Digital Curriculum” means all digital materials delivered by the Licensor to the Licensee, including but not limited to: Unit Study Guides, Novel Studies, language arts instruction resources, the WonderHere Learning Library (games and activities), digital downloads, onboarding materials, and any supplementary digital content.
“Authorized Users” means educators, instructors, and enrolled students at the Licensee’s Site during the active license period.

2. License Grant
Upon receipt of payment in full ($600 USD), WonderHere Press grants the Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable annual license to:
Access and use the Digital Curriculum at the licensed Site for internal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
Allow Authorized Users (instructors and enrolled students) to access and use the Digital Curriculum.
Download and print materials from the Digital Curriculum for use by teachers and students at the Site.
Access the WonderHere Learning Library of games and activities for use in instruction.
Receive onboarding training and ongoing support as provided by WonderHere Press.

This license covers the agreed upon 5 Unit Studies from the WonderHere Press catalog of 30 available units. Each Unit Study includes a Unit Study Guide with digital resources and a paired Novel Study with language arts instruction.

3. License Term & Renewal
The license term is one (1) year from the date of purchase. Access to the Digital Curriculum and associated resources will expire at the end of the license term unless renewed.
To renew, the Licensee must purchase a new Annual School License at the then-current price prior to the expiration date. WonderHere Press will provide renewal reminders via the email address on file.
Renewal constitutes acceptance of the then-current version of these Terms & Conditions. WonderHere Press reserves the right to update pricing or terms upon renewal.

4. Permitted Uses
The Licensee and Authorized Users may:
Use the Digital Curriculum to provide instruction to enrolled students at the licensed Site.
Print an unlimited number of student and teacher handouts and activity pages from the Digital Curriculum for use at the Site.
Transfer resource files onto computers, tablets, and devices owned or managed by the Licensee for use in instruction.
Access materials on personal devices for the sole purpose of preparing instruction or completing student assignments related to the Site.
Customize and adapt teacher-facing materials to meet the specific needs of your learning environment, provided that copyright notices remain intact.

5. Restrictions
The Licensee may NOT:
Sell, sublicense, lend, lease, rent, assign, or transfer the Digital Curriculum or any portion thereof to any third party.
Share login credentials, download links, or access to the Digital Curriculum with individuals outside the licensed Site.
Use the Digital Curriculum to provide instruction at more than one Site location without purchasing an additional license.
Remove or alter any copyright notices, watermarks, branding, or proprietary notices embedded in or displayed on the Digital Curriculum materials.
Reproduce or distribute the Digital Curriculum in any form beyond the printing rights described in Section 4.
Post, upload, or share Digital Curriculum materials publicly, including on websites, social media platforms, or file-sharing services.
Create derivative works for commercial distribution based on the Digital Curriculum.
Use the Digital Curriculum outside the country in which the license was originally purchased.
Allow access to the Digital Curriculum by former employees, contractors, or staff after their engagement with the licensed Site has ended.

6. Intellectual Property
The Digital Curriculum is licensed, not sold. WonderHere Press retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Digital Curriculum, including all intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and related rights). Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any WonderHere Press intellectual property to the Licensee.
The Licensee owns the media on which curriculum is stored but acknowledges that the content itself remains the exclusive property of WonderHere Press.

7. Payment & Refund Policy
The Annual School License fee is $600 USD per school, per year. Payment in full is required before access is granted.
All license purchases are final and non-refundable once access to the Digital Curriculum has been provided. If you have questions before purchasing, we encourage you to book a free intro call with our team at curriculum@wonderhere.com.

8. Curriculum Content & Updates
WonderHere Press may, at its sole discretion, update, revise, or modify the Digital Curriculum content during the license term. Updates may include improvements to unit studies, the Learning Library, and supplementary materials. The Licensor does not guarantee any specific number or schedule of updates.
Third-party content referenced or linked within the Digital Curriculum (such as literature titles or external resources) may change or become unavailable without notice.

9. Onboarding & Support
The Digital Curriculum license includes onboarding training and ongoing educator support as described at the time of purchase. WonderHere Press will make reasonable efforts to provide timely support via the contact methods on file. Support scope and availability are subject to change with reasonable notice.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE DIGITAL CURRICULUM IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” WONDERHERE PRESS MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. While WonderHere Press takes care in developing and reviewing all curriculum materials, the Licensor assumes no responsibility for errors, omissions, or outcomes related to use of the Digital Curriculum.
It is the Licensee’s responsibility to ensure that curriculum materials are appropriate for their specific student population, applicable local standards, and any regulatory requirements in their jurisdiction.

11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WONDERHERE PRESS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE DIGITAL CURRICULUM, EVEN IF WONDERHERE PRESS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
In any event, WonderHere Press’s total liability to the Licensee shall not exceed the amount paid for the current annual license term.

12. Termination
This license is effective from the date of purchase and terminates automatically at the end of the one-year term unless renewed. WonderHere Press may also terminate this license immediately, without refund, if the Licensee materially breaches any of these Terms.
Upon termination or expiration, the Licensee must:
Cease all use of the Digital Curriculum.
Delete or destroy all digital copies of the Digital Curriculum from Licensee’s devices and systems.
Destroy all printed copies of the Digital Curriculum materials.

13. General Terms
13.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with your purchase receipt, constitute the entire agreement between WonderHere Press and the Licensee with respect to the Digital Curriculum and supersede all prior communications or agreements.
13.2 Amendments
WonderHere Press reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Licensees will be notified of material changes via the email address on file. Continued use of the Digital Curriculum after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
13.4 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by Florida law, in which WonderHere Press is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.5 No Waiver
Failure by WonderHere Press to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future.

By purchasing the WonderHere Press Digital Curriculum Annual School License, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
